Terms & Liability Waiver

By signing up for a workshop or attending an event hosted by Beads and Pomegranate Seeds, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. You acknowledge that participation in our workshops involves the use of tools, materials, and techniques that may pose some risk. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to participation.

Beads and Pomegranate Seeds, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of personal property while on the premises or during any event. If medical attention is required due to an accident or illness, Beads and Pomegranate Seeds may seek emergency medical services as deemed necessary without assuming financial responsibility. You will assume any and all risks and dangers in conjunction with this workshop.

Media Release

By attending a workshop, you consent to Beads and Pomegranate Seeds taking photographs, video, or audio recordings for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. These materials may be used on our website, social media, or other promotional materials.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform the instructor before the start of the workshop.

Workshop Etiquette

• All workshops start and end on time. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in.
• Arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and no makeup class or refund will be provided.
• Out of respect for all participants, please silence your phone during the workshop.
• Instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

What to bring

• Reading glasses if you use them
• Credit card or cash to purchase materials for your class project, and, if desired, tools and supplies for future beading.
• If you have some beads or materials you want to work with, it is ok to bring them to use.

What not to bring

• Children, pets, or anyone else not enrolled in class

Workshop Discount

All materials are available for purchase at 10% off for when you enroll in your workshop you and 1 week after your workshop. No further discounts. 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

If We Cancel a Workshop

Beads and Pomegranate Seeds reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If a class is canceled, we will offer a rescheduled session or a full refund.

If You Need to Cancel or Reschedule

• You may request option to reschedule a workshop at least 72 hours before the workshop start date.
• If you cancel less than 72 hours before the workshop, the fee is non-refundable.
• Transfers to another workshop date are only allowed if requested 72 hour in advance.
• Exceptions: If the class is fully booked and we can fill your spot from a waiting list, we may allow a refund or transfer.

If you cancel less than 72 hours before the workshop or do not attend without giving us 72 hours notice, your workshop fee is non-refundable and may not be used to transfer to another workshop. Please do not attend if you are sick or have been exposed to someone with Covid. If you cannot attend, you may send someone in your place. 

With more than 72 hours before the workshop, you may, on a one-time basis, transfer into another workshop with a store credit for the amount of the class fee. Refunds will be given only in the event that Pomegranate Seeds cancels a workshop.

COVID-19 Policy

If you test positive for COVID, please do not attend your workshop. To receive a credit toward a future workshop, please email us:

• A Positive PCR test result (must include your name) OR
• A doctor’s note confirming your diagnosis.
  No refunds will be issued.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards may be applied to all workshops, events, and in-store merchandise.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Gift cards do not expire.

Parking

Please check local parking regulations and signage to avoid tickets. Beads and Pomegranate Seeds is not responsible for any parking violations
